I guess you could say that I started my childcare training at an early age, as the oldest of six siblings. I graduated from Bishop Borgess High School after twelve years of attending Catholic schools. I worked for five years at Michigan Bell as an accounting clerk, and then I got married. I eventually became a “stay at home mom” to four children of my own. I now have four grandchildren with a fifth one on the way! Recently, I worked at my sister Jane’s in-home daycare for four and a half years. I was lucky enough to get a job here at St. Mary Child Care Center in January, 2015. My sister works here as well in Room 2.
I very much enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering at my parish, Our Lady of Grace, where I am currently the President of the Parish Council and Secretary of the Women’s Guild. I absolutely love my job and love helping to care for the children who come through Room 3!
